How do I reserve totes in Star?
Submit a reservation request for Star with your delivery address, dates, and package size. Gem State Totes confirms inventory and sends a Square invoice. Once the invoice is issued, requested inventory is held for 2 hours pending payment. The reservation is confirmed once payment is received; if payment is not received within 2 hours, the hold expires and the totes may be released.
What can I use the totes for?
Moving, remodeling, flooring, painting, restoration, organizing, temporary storage during repairs, and small office moves are all common uses.
Can I request more than 30 totes?
Yes. Choose Custom quantity in the reservation form. Additional totes are $4 each, subject to availability.
