Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reserve the totes?
Submit the availability form with your dates, service area, and tote quantity. We will confirm availability and send a secure Square payment link.
What happens if a tote is damaged?
Replacement charges may apply to lost or damaged equipment. Current listed charges are $15 per tote and $8 per lid.
Can I write on the totes?
Please do not write directly on the totes. Blue painter’s tape is included for labeling and should be removed before pickup.
When is payment due?
After we confirm inventory and availability, we’ll send your invoice. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. There are no credit or debit card processing fees.
Can I extend my rental?
Additional 7-day periods are $49 and are subject to availability. Contact us before your scheduled pickup.
Can delivery and pickup be in different service zones?
Possibly. One-way extended delivery or pickup options may be available when you are moving between service zones. Contact us for pricing and availability.
Is Sunday service available?
Sunday delivery or pickup may be available with advance scheduling. A $50 Sunday service fee applies.
